1. Cancellation:

Order dispatch se pehle tak cancel kar sakte hain. Dispatch ke baad cancel nahi hoga. Prescription wali dawai ka order bina valid prescription ke auto-cancel ho jayega.

2. Medicine Return Nahi Hoga:

Drug & Cosmetic Act ke wajah se ek baar dawai bikne ke baad wapas nahi li jayegi.

3. Return Kab Hoga? (Sirf 24 ghante me photo bhejo)

– Galat dawai aayi ho

– Dawai damage / leak ho

– Expired dawai aayi ho

– Box khula hua ho

4. Refund Process:

24 ghante ke andar WhatsApp par 9330457894 pe bill + dawai ka photo bhejo. Verify hone ke baad 5-7 working days me refund aapke UPI / Bank me aa jayega.

5. Non-Refundable:

– Temperature sensitive product (Insulin etc) delivery ke baad

– Bina bill ke claim

– 24 ghante ke baad complaint
